Calentamiento en inglés
To start three laps, then we stand in a circle and we do joint mobility, first the ankles, knees, waist, wrists and finally the neck, we continue with stretching, we stretch the gastrocnemius, quadriceps, biceps, triceps, deltoids and neck. Next we run from side to side with knees up and return with heels to the buttock, we go laterally again and we also return laterally but changing the foot and to finish we run and when the teacher whistles we jump and sprint back.
To finish the warm-up we will play a specific colpbol game, we will explain the rules and then we will play a mini-match and at the end we will play a match with everyone on an entire field.
